Problems and conflicts can arise in any working environment. It is important to address these situations and to find sustainable solutions.

The Max Planck Society supports its employees in conflict management in the workplace. Depending on whether the situation relates to a conflict with colleagues or superiors, a complaint about misconduct or report of a grievance, or seeking advice due to their personal situation, we provide appropriate contact and reporting points both locally within the MPI-AB or at the Max Planck Society.
