Health Day for MPI-AB

On July 10, staff and students of MPI-AB are invited to a Health Day to promote healthy habits at work and personal well-being. The whole day event will include lectures, workshops and demonstrations held at Bücklestrasse and at Schwaketenbad. Below is a working program to show what is planned.

Enjoy all day at Bücklestrasse

  • Clothing exchange***

  • Challenges

***You can bring up to 10 pieces of clothing, accessories, shoes, bags, etc. to exchange or give away. Any items left at the end of the day will be donated. The exchange will take place between 9:30 – 15:00, room will be announced during breakfast.

10:00 – 10:40: Flex & Relax/Yoga by Kim Haas, Conference room or outside

10:00-11:00: Lecture by Dr. Daniel Nischk “Mental health and supported employment”, Common Room

12:00 – 12:45: Workshop: First Aid for Neck & Shoulder especially for office work by Tillmann Walter, Conference room or outside

13:00 – 14.00: Lunch by Soba, Common Room

14:00 – 15:00: Workshop: Self-defense by Alex Jordan, Conference room or outside
