Support international Conservation with your analysis Apps in MoveApps

As our MoveApps platform for easy analysis of movement data is gaining more and more users of the world of animal conservation and management, we aim at motivating the community to equip it with useful Apps for relevant conservation use cases. In our workshop “Equip MoveApps for Conservation”, held in Radolfzell with participants of the related coding challenge, we aim at improving developed Apps and system functionality as well as compiling useful analysis workflows for e.g. white stork mortality, buffalo home range behaviour and human-wildlife-conflict by road crossings. We will present our results and ideas of open-source analysis tools to the institute and hope that you will discuss with us. Maybe you realise that also analysis code that you have developed can be integrated and help conservationists and managers to work on recently pressing challenges in animal conservation.
